Who We Are
Founded in 1993, Advanced Electrical is a Tasmanian owned and operated private company with the head office located in Cambridge.
Our mission is to provide high-quality electrical work completed on time to the satisfaction of the client for both large and small projects. The director of the company, Dylan Murphy, was an employee for 14 years prior, firstly serving as a leading hand for 10 years and then as a project manager/estimator.

Our approach
Our system stands on three pillars
Electrical Design
As part of our commitment to the total electrical service package concept, we have developed a design and documentation section of the company to enable the company to provide design and construct packages for services (“ in house”). All our design work is documented using current relevant Australian standards for the various disciplines.
Training
We are committed to delivering quality service through ongoing employee training. Our tradespeople have completed Austell, Telephone and Panduit, Clipsal & Krone computer cabling installation and testing courses. All staff complete first aid training in accordance with best practice. In addition, all our staff have completed WHS training.
Work Health and Safety
All Advanced Electrical staff have completed Work Health and Safety (WHS) training and have been issued with occupational health and safety information tailored to their roles. For every project, our technicians are issued with Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) that are filled out and completed before the commencement of the work.
